Postal Services Bill [HL]
Amendment 14 14: After Clause 4, insert the following new Clause— "Report on impact of re-organisation (1) Before any order under section 2(1) or 4(1) can be made, the original holding company shall publish a report setting out— (a) the existing commercial relationship between its subsidiaries; (b) the impact any reorganisation under this Part will have on this relationship. (2) The Secretary of State shall lay a copy of the report before Parliament as soon as reasonably possible after its publication."
