Postal Services Bill [HL]
Clause 16: Transfer of qualifying accrued rights to new public scheme Amendment 34 34: Clause 16, page 8 line 17, at end insert— "( ) The new public scheme shall be a public service pension scheme within the meaning of section 1 of the Pension Schemes Act 1993 (c. 48) (categories of pension schemes), notwithstanding that it is not established by a person employing qualifying members."
