Postal Services Bill [HL]
My Lords, I hasten to the Dispatch Box to say that one reason we have made such reasonable progress today is that the Secretary of State has listened carefully to a range of issues and come forward with constructive responses as well as some interesting amendments that we were able to debate earlier. He has run true to form in his response to this amendment. I am grateful to him for his reassurances and I beg leave to withdraw the amendment. Amendment 62 withdrawn.
