Postal Services Bill [HL]
My Lords, when I responded to the Minister’s remarks on Amendment 3, with which Amendment 63 was grouped, I indicated that I was hoping that by next Wednesday, when we again reverted to the Bill, the Government will have had an opportunity to think again. As it is clear that the Bill will not be coming back to us next Wednesday I hope that the Government will think again and come up with a form of words before Third Reading. On that basis, I am happy not to press the amendment. Amendment 63 not moved.
