Amendment 67 67: After Clause 49, insert the following new Clause— "Appeal against non price control decisions (1) The Secretary of State shall by regulations make provision for an appeal against any decision by OFCOM to impose a regulatory condition not covered by section 48. (2) The regulations shall make provision— (a) for and in connection with the appointment of a person to hear and determine such appeals (including provision for the payment of remuneration and allowances to such a person), and (b) as to the procedure to be followed in connection with an appeal."
