Welfare Reform Bill
Amendment 15 15: Clause 1, page 2, line 40, at end insert— "( ) Regulations under this section must make provision to ensure providers of the schemes— (a) submit to the Secretary of State data showing the number of participants with a disability at every stage of the scheme by impairment category; (b) are required to show how they will meet the needs of participants with particular disabilities."
