Yes, but Clause 1 applies to those who are subject to the full conditionality of the JSA regime, which does not apply to lone parents until the youngest child reaches the age of seven—in fact, that does not currently apply and will not apply until next year. As the noble Lord will know, we progressively reduce the age of the youngest child at which income support payments move into the JSA system. Based on the assurances that I have given and the explanations that I have made, I would hope—
