Proceeding contribution from Baroness Garden of Frognal (Liberal Democrat) in the House of Lords on Thursday, 15 October 2009. It occurred during Committee of the Whole House (HL) and Debate on bill on Apprenticeships, Skills, Children and Learning Bill.

Apprenticeships, Skills, Children and Learning Bill

My Lords, we support the amendment. The clause refers to a great many people who share the data, and in line with people having an entitlement to know who is getting their personal data and who it is being shared with, this amendment seems entirely sensible.
