Apprenticeships, Skills, Children and Learning Bill

My Lords, it is in new Section 56G, and I have a copy of it here. It is the Learning and Skills Council statutory intervention policy, which states: ""Presented to the Houses of Parliament pursuant to section 56B of the Further and Higher Education Act 1992 (as amended by the Further Education and Training Act 2007)"." That is a policy statement. I feel it necessary to offer the noble Lord clarification in writing as to where this is updated in the Bill.
