Proceeding contribution from Dominic Grieve (Conservative) in the House of Commons on Tuesday, 20 October 2009. It occurred during Debate on bill on Constitutional Reform and Governance Bill.

Constitutional Reform and Governance Bill

I remember that there was discussion, and I see that the Minister of State is talking to the Secretary of State about it. My distinct recollection is that there was talk about whether we might need a new national anthem that brought us all together.
