Proceeding contribution from James Brokenshire (Conservative) in the House of Commons on Monday, 2 November 2009. It occurred during Debate on Antisocial Behaviour.

Conservative Members have always been committed to dealing with antisocial behaviour. The hon. Lady is keen to talk about antisocial behaviour orders, and we will deal with those later, because there is plenty to say about them.
