Proceeding contribution from Stephen Hammond (Conservative) in the House of Commons on Monday, 30 November 2009. It occurred during Debate on bill on Financial Services Bill.

Financial Services Bill

Gentleman listens to my speech, he will discover that I am arguing that it is a purely cosmetic architectural change, because the participants are the same, as is the predecessor organisation. Indeed, because none of the terms of reference has yet been set out, it is difficult to see whether any real change will result.
