Proceeding contribution from Baroness Royall of Blaisdon (Labour) in the House of Lords on Tuesday, 19 January 2010. It occurred during Debate on bill on Equality Bill.
Equality Bill
For the record, in response to the noble Baroness, Lady Knight, on the question of epilepsy, I am not entirely sure what the situation is. I would not want to mislead noble Lords so I will write to the noble Baroness and put a copy of the letter in the Library of the House. To add to all the arguments that have swirled around on "reasonable", I am told that what is objectively reasonable in any particular circumstances depends on the particular facts.
