Proceeding contribution from Andrew Dismore (Labour) in the House of Commons on Thursday, 4 February 2010. It occurred during Adjournment debate on Human Rights.
Human Rights
I simply say to my hon. Friend that someone from Fathers 4 Justice, or whatever, may well be a protester, but that is not the point; there is nothing to stop the injunction being granted. The only issue is that they should have proper notice and a fair hearing, and the problem is that at the moment they do not get those things.
