Proceeding contribution from Lord Clement-Jones (Liberal Democrat) in the House of Lords on Wednesday, 3 March 2010. It occurred during Debate on bill on Digital Economy Bill [HL].
Digital Economy Bill [HL]
My Lords, the noble Baroness introduced the amendment very cogently. I do not want to say much more than that I believe that the way that the clause is drafted is rather strange in the lack of balance between the different stakeholders involved. I very much hope that the Minister will address that in his usual thorough fashion.
