Proceeding contribution from Peter Bone (Conservative) in the House of Commons on Thursday, 15 July 2010. It occurred during Committee of the Whole House (HC) and Debate on bill on Finance Bill.

Finance Bill

I am grateful for the hon. Gentleman's intervention, but I know that I will get into trouble if I respond to it in detail. I suggest that he turns up in the Chamber when my private Member's Bill is considered on 4 February 2011, so that we can have that debate. My hon. Friend the Exchequer Secretary has an historic opportunity today to stand up and make a name for himself and this Government by encouraging people to take out insurance.
