Proceeding contribution from Chris White (Conservative) in the House of Commons on Wednesday, 27 October 2010. It occurred during Debate on bill on Postal Services Bill.

Postal Services Bill

I am sorry, but I will continue if I may. A good postal service and a strong network of post offices is not a luxury; it is a necessity, for economic and social reasons. We need to be innovative and bold, and we need to think about sustainability. I am confident that this legislation will move Royal Mail and our post offices in the right directions, and I look forward to supporting it in due course.
