Proceeding contribution from Alan Reid (Liberal Democrat) in the House of Commons on Friday, 3 December 2010. It occurred during Debate on bill on Daylight Saving Bill.
Daylight Saving Bill
I am pleased that the hon. Gentleman referred to the earlier debate. The fact is that we have had an experiment in this country, and we do not need another one. From reading the Hansard of that debate, it is obvious that members of the public were writing in their droves to their MPs demanding that this awful experiment be stopped. The experiment failed, and we should move on.
