Proceeding contribution from Alan Reid (Liberal Democrat) in the House of Commons on Friday, 3 December 2010. It occurred during Debate on bill on Daylight Saving Bill.
Daylight Saving Bill
The hon. Gentleman mentions the three-year trial. Has he noticed that under clause 3 the success of the trial has to be reviewed"““Not later than six months before the Trial is due to end””?" Effectively, therefore, it is only a two-and-a-half year trial that could cover only two, not three, winters.
