I thank the Minister—that is most helpful. It has opened up the possibility of a dialogue so that we can understand better. Clause 9 agreed. Clauses 10 and 11 agreed. Clause 12 : Disclosure of green deal plan etc in connection with sale or letting out Clause 12 : Disclosure of green deal plan etc in connection with sale or letting out Debate on whether Clause 12 should stand part of the Bill.
