10: Clause 2, page 2, line 3, at end insert— ““( ) how the Secretary of State will ensure that the provision of universal postal services will be maintained following the disposal; ( ) how much of the Royal Mail company’s modernisation budget— ( ) has been spent, and ( ) remains unspent, at the proposed time of transfer; and ( ) what progress has been made towards existing modernisation goals by the proposed time of transfer.””
