12A: Clause 2, page 2, line 3, at end insert— ““( ) a schedule of assets held by Royal Mail Holdings plc and used for the provision of directly managed Post Office branches which also details— (i) a schedule of those assets which will be transferred to the Royal Mail company; (ii) a schedule of those assets which will be transferred to the Post Office company; and ( ) the terms and duration of the Inter-Business Agreement between the Royal Mail company and the Post Office company.””
