Postal Services Bill
13A: Clause 2, page 2, line 3, at end insert— ““(3A) In the event that a sale is made by an initial public offering, a relevant disposal may only take place if the conditions in subsections (3B) and (3C) are met. (3B) Shares representing no more than 30% of the value of a Royal Mail company may be disposed of before 31 July 2012. (3C) No other shares shall be disposed of before 31 July 2013.””
