Proceeding contribution from Baroness Thornton (Labour) in the House of Lords on Tuesday, 13 March 2012. It occurred during Debate on bill on Health and Social Care Bill.
Health and Social Care Bill
Would the noble Lord care to tell me to which part of the 2006 Act he is referring because, according to my recollection of the Act, it does not mention the word ““competition”” anywhere?
