152BZZA: After Clause 72, Insert the following new Clause— ““To add restorative justice to the statutory purposes of sentencing In section 142(1) of the Criminal Justice Act 2003 (purposes of sentencing) after paragraph (c) insert— ““(ca) the achievement of restorative justice,””.””
