Justice: Civil Litigation Reform

Lords statement on the Government's response to the recent consultation on Lord Justice Jackson's recommendations for reforming no-win no-fee arrangements (Cm 8041) and a fresh consultation on proposals to overhaul the civil justice system (Cm 8045).
