G20 and Leadership of EU Institutions
The Prime Minister said that international development expenditure would be aligned with emissions reduction,
but last week the Secretary of State told us in terms that his main effort was resilience, not emissions reduction. The Prime Minister’s priority is the right one, but does the Secretary of State know?
