Answer: Mr. Gibb: To ask the Secretary of State for the Environment, Transport and the Regions when he will publish the report and recommendations of the Advisory Committee on Packaging's review of the Producer Responsibility Obligations (Packaging Waste) Regulations 1997. [41851] Angela Eagle: The Advisory Committee on Packaging will complete its review of the Producer Responsibility Obligations (Packaging Waste) Regulations 1997 at the end of May. Their report and recommendations to Ministers will be available, as before, to members of the public. A copy will be placed in the Library.
