Road Safety Bill [HL]

I support the amendment tabled by the noble Lord, Lord Berkeley. I do not agree with the amendments in this group standing in the name of the noble Earl, Lord Attlee. Speed camera boxes often do not contain speed cameras; in fact, few of them do. Speed cameras are expensive, whereas the boxes are relatively cheap. Therefore, it is something of a confidence trick.
