Proceeding contribution from Lord Cobbold (Crossbench) in the House of Lords on Monday, 4 July 2005. It occurred during Committee of the Whole House (HL) and Debate on bill on Road Safety Bill [HL].
Road Safety Bill [HL]
I strongly support this amendment. It seems to me to be a matter of common sense, and puts a little faith in the good sense of British motorists. That is long overdue as they are so often much maligned.
