Immigration, Asylum and Nationality Bill
I draw the hon. Gentleman’s attention to amendment No. 4, which would insert in the Bill the phrase:"““the leave was granted to a person to follow a course of study at a UK education institution on the approved register””." That amendment deals with his point. No one wants to encourage bogus educational establishments and we know that there has been such abuse. With respect, however, the provisions in the Bill are not the best way of dealing with the problem.
