Immigration, Asylum and Nationality Bill

The Minister has accused Conservative Members in Committee and on the Floor of the House of being disingenuous, but he should take into account the report from the Select Committee on Constitutional Affairs, which looked at, among other things, the quality of initial decision making in the Home Office. It wrote in its recommendations:"““There are significant flaws in Home Office practice at the stage of initial decision making””—" so methinks he doth protest too much. He is not taking it on the chin and dealing with it, but sweeping it under the carpet.
