moved Amendment No. 39:"Leave out Clause 30." The noble Lord said: My Lords, in view of the result of the previous testing of the opinion of the House, I hope that I will not have to test the opinion of the House on this amendment as well. I hope that the Government will accept the previous result. On Question, amendment agreed to.
