Terrorism Bill
I am grateful to the noble Baroness for her explanation. I should say that I have been given some indication by certain Internet service providers that they would prefer the stand-alone offence. For that reason, I thought it appropriate to raise the matter for debate. However, I do not regard this as one of the more important groups of amendments. That being so, and having heard the explanation given by the noble Baroness, I am happy to beg leave to withdraw the amendment. Amendment, by leave, withdrawn. [Amendment No. 48 not moved.]
