Proceeding contribution from Lord Goodhart (Liberal Democrat) in the House of Lords on Wednesday, 7 December 2005. It occurred during Committee of the Whole House (HL) and Debate on bill on Terrorism Bill.
Terrorism Bill
We had tabled a couple of amendments in this group. IĀ have what is so far in this debate the unique pleasure of unequivocally welcoming a government amendment. It seems to meet the problem. As IĀ understand it, it is fully acceptable to the AUT and Universities UK.
