Proceeding contribution from Baroness Williams of Crosby (Liberal Democrat) in the House of Lords on Wednesday, 7 December 2005. It occurred during Committee of the Whole House (HL) and Debate on bill on Terrorism Bill.
Terrorism Bill
Being of a less kindly disposition than my noble friend, I wish to ask the noble Baroness whether she can assure us that Amendment No. 79 would catch cases where such rare experiments with noxious gases take place outside the realm of a formal academic situation? I am thinking of health and safety provisions within the gas industry and industries of that kind.
