Proceeding contribution from Baroness Warwick of Undercliffe (Labour) in the House of Lords on Tuesday, 14 March 2006. It occurred during Debate on bill on Immigration, Asylum and Nationality Bill.
Immigration, Asylum and Nationality Bill
My Lords, to clarify one point, my noble friend said that the administrative review scheme would be set out in Diplomatic Service procedures. My understanding of those procedures is that they are published and become effective at the same time. Is it possible that the procedures might be published in draft, so that we could look at them in advance, prior to them being published and made effective?
