Proceeding contribution from Lady Hermon (Ulster Unionist Party) in the House of Commons on Thursday, 27 April 2006. It occurred during Debate on bill on Northern Ireland Bill.
Northern Ireland Bill
Since I have already put on the record my deep distaste and dislike for, and my disapproval of, giving unfettered powers to the Secretary of State through this Bill, it is not my wish to move amendment No. 19. Clause 4 ordered to stand part of the Bill. Clauses 5 and 6 ordered to stand part of the Bill.
