Finance (No. 2) Bill

Our tax reform commission is looking at all those issues, and it will report very soon. We are not discussing the current inheritance tax regime, however, but penal new inheritance tax for people who use trusts to provide responsibly for their future and for the future of their family. The new taxes will operate in an arbitrary way, because the value of the life insurance policy—[Interruption.]
