Finance (No. 2) Bill
The Paymaster General has repeatedly referred to the consultation that she carried out on the definition of disability. I have the summary of the responses and it says:"““some groups representing the disabled questioned whether this”” —""the definition—""““was too narrow, suggesting that, amongst other things, the definition used in the Disability Discrimination Act 1995 should be used instead.””" They did express their concerns.
