moved Amendment No. 145: Page 99, line 20, at end insert- ““( ) In determining in any case- (a) whether to substitute an order under section 192, or (b) the terms of any such substituted order, the Summary Appeal Court must take account of any period of the suspended sentence that the appellant served.”” On Question, amendment agreed to.
