Armed Forces Bill

I am grateful to the Minister. I am not sure whether his argument takes us any further forward, but it is probably beyond the Committee’s powers to change all the legal arrangements for both the civil and military systems. I put on record my slight discomfort, but I beg leave to withdraw the amendment. Amendment, by leave, withdrawn. Clause 275 agreed to.
