Armed Forces Bill

moved Amendment No. 190: Page 183, line 25, leave out ““and 336”” and insert ““, 336 and 355”” The noble Earl said: I do not intend to press Amendment No. 190, so I hope that I am not shot down by the Minister with his customary skill. However, my Amendment No. 195 is in this group. Schedule 2 is important to the Bill and, therefore, all changes to it should be approved by Parliament. I shall not speak to Amendment No. 198. I beg to move.
