Armed Forces Bill
My Lords, I, too, am grateful for the amendment. One of its advantages is that most people in the Armed Forces will not bother to look at the Defence Council regulations, but it will concentrate their minds in that they must not sign a false certificate. On Question, amendment agreed to.
