moved AmendmentNo. 70: After Clause 343, insert the following new clause- ““RECORDS OF EVACUEES The Secretary of State shall ensure that records are kept of every person subject to service law who is evacuated from an overseas operational theatre as a result of injury or serious illness.”” The noble Lord said: My Lords, I simply ask the Minister: are records not kept of every person who is evacuated from overseas operational theatres as a result of injury or serious illness? If not, why not? I beg to move.
