With the leave of the House, I welcome the brief debate that we have had. I am grateful to my right hon. Friend the Member for Coatbridge, Chryston and Bellshill (Mr. Clarke) for his generous remarks, his contribution to the debates in the Public Bill Committee and this afternoon, and the welcome that he expressed for provisions in the Bill.
