Proceeding contribution from Crispin Blunt (Conservative) in the House of Commons on Tuesday, 9 October 2007. It occurred during Adjournment debate on Defence Procurement.
Defence Procurement
When will the Army get FRES? In 2003, we were told that the Army would get it in 2009; in 2007, we appear to be getting it in 2017. Things are going backwards, yet the Army relies on the vehicle coming into service.
