Proceeding contribution from Baroness Stuart of Edgbaston (Labour) in the House of Commons on Thursday, 24 January 2008. It occurred during Adjournment debate on Global Security (Middle East).

Friend recognise that even if the Government do not want direct links, they should make greater use of organisations such as the Westminster Foundation for Democracy, which is engaging with parliamentarians in Egypt and the middle east?
