Health and Social Care Bill
I thank the Minister for that extremely helpful and clear response. I will welcome the letter on the Civil Contingencies Act because the matter keeps me awake at night. I really do not understand the connection. I thank the Minister for that. I hope that her clear response satisfies the Local Government Association. It has certainly satisfied me.
