Energy Bill
I thank the Minister for his response to the amendment. I will consider it carefully. Like my noble friend Lord Jenkin, I thank the noble Lord, Lord Teverson, for his interesting question. It will be interesting to see whether a government amendment is forthcoming. I also thank the noble Lord, Lord O'Neill, for asking again about the bearing of cost. In the mean time, I beg leave to withdraw the amendment. Amendment, by leave, withdrawn. Clause 31 agreed to.
